Sardinian signs up for BACA membership

Sardinian Sky Service has become the first Italian operator to join BACA - The Air Charter Association. Founded in 2010 from a collaboration between Italian businessmen and aeronautical professionals, Sardinian prefers to employ former military pilots with civil experience, while its ground staff are sourced from major Italian and foreign airlines. It currently manages Cessna types including the Citation XLS and XLS+ from its home base at Milan Malpensa and performs charter ops. In July 2018 the company was approved for CAT II ops and it can operate from airports such as London City.

“Safety is our number one priority. We operate, manage and maintain our own fleet of business jets, giving us control over every last detail. Over the years, we have developed our own procedures and trained the team to meet the needs of customers.”

In February this year, Sardinian signed an agreement for hangarage and an office at Malpensa, in partnership with Milano Prime.
