Volare Aviation has partnered with Ducklington-based The Cotswold Juicery to supply cold-pressed juices and wellness shots to its charter and managed aircraft from 2027.
As part of its wider wellness initiative for 2027, Volare Aviation has partnered with Ducklington-based fresh juice producer The Cotswold Juicery to design a bespoke menu of juices and wellness shots for the UK private aviation company's aircraft owners and charter clients.
The Cotswold Juicery, which was founded in 2024, by nutritionist, juice connoisseur and businesswoman Anya Duffy, is an Oxfordshire-based producer specialising in fresh, small-batch juices and wellness shots. The new partnership brings together two Cotswold businesses with a shared focus on quality and a considered approach to the client experience, creating a collection designed specifically to be enjoyed during flight. Founder Duffy qualified as a Natural Juice Therapist in March 2020 and also completed a higher education programme in Food Development and Nutrition alongside a year-long Future Foodie internship at Daylesford Organic from December 2022.
The bespoke menu for Volare, named ‘Wellness in the Air’ will introduce a selection of cold-pressed juices and wellness shots to Volare's onboard offering. Produced at The Cotswold Juicery's Oxfordshire headquarters, the juices will be pressed in small batches to order and delivered fresh to Volare on the same day for flights.
Two juices will be available all year round; the ‘Volare Green’ and the ‘Jet Lag Hydrator’, alongside a complimentary ‘Boarding Ginger’ shot for each passenger. The Volare Green combines cucumber, green apple, kale, spinach, lime and ginger for a health kick, designed to give an energy boost, whilst the Jet Lag Hydrator blends coconut water, green apple, cucumber, lemon and pink salt for natural electrolytes and hydration.
In addition to the core juice and wellness shot range, the rest of the collection will rotate throughout the year, bringing four limited edition seasonal blends to the offering. The seasonal collection has been deliberately designed to give the menu a sense of movement throughout the year, with each blend reflecting its respective season while complementing the permanent onboard selection.
“This past few years, we have seen a real shift in priority within the luxury sector,” says Nick Isbister, director of sales and marketing at Volare Aviation. “More of our clients are placing greater value on wellbeing and are requesting healthier alternatives, when it comes to onboard catering. This partnership with The Cotswold Juicery allows us to respond to that shift, giving our owners and charter clients access to fresh, considered options that can be enjoyed throughout their journeys.” Isbister joined Volare from Air Charter Service, where he worked as a broker from 2018 to 2020, before taking up his director of sales role at Volare in 2020.
The partnership marks another step in Volare Aviation's focus on enhancing and evolving the onboard experience, with wellness becoming an increasingly considered part of private travel. By combining The Cotswold Juicery's small-batch approach with Volare's bespoke, highly personalised service, the new collection brings a fresh, locally sourced and produced offering to the skies.
