Presidential Aviation has reaffirmed its Wyvern Wingman Certified Operator status, reflecting a sustained commitment to elevated standards of operational safety and discipline. This designation is maintained through ongoing participation in the Wyvern Flight Leader Program, supplemented by structured quarterly coaching designed to support continuous improvement and reinforce best practices across flight operations.

“Earning our Wyvern Wingman renewal highlights our team's daily dedication to operational excellence,” says Oscar Arce, chief executive officer of the Fort Lauderdale, Florida-headquartered charter and management company. “Safety is the foundation of every decision we make. This recertification gives our clients, partners and team members complete confidence that every flight is supported by a world-class safety culture. By passing Wyvern's comprehensive vetting and continuous auditing parameters, Presidential Aviation remains positioned among an elite tier of global charter operators that actively exceed standard regulatory requirements.”

The globally recognised Wyvern Wingman standard provides a safety benchmark that allows customers to assess an operator's safety performance against the industry's highest standard when selecting charter services. The scope of the evaluation includes a review and assessment of the organisation's compliance management system, internal evaluation programme, safety management system, human factors management, safety culture analysis, risk management policies, procedures and practices, emergency response plans and training programmes. Through the Wyvern Flight Leader Program, participating operators also receive complimentary access to Wyvern's integrated SMS software, which includes capabilities such as ASAP reporting, FOQA integration, CASS tracking, FRAT, FRMS and other data-driven tools designed to strengthen proactive risk identification and operational oversight.

“Presidential Aviation has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to maintaining the highest standards of operational safety through a culture built on accountability, professionalism and continuous improvement,” comments Andrew Day, chief operating officer of Wyvern. “The renewal of its Wyvern Wingman certification underscores the organisation's dedication to rigorous safety practices and operational excellence, providing aircraft owners and charter clients with confidence that safety remains at the forefront of every mission.”

As part of the Wingman commitment, operators share detailed safety management system and emergency response plan information directly with Wyvern, demonstrating a proactive willingness to provide insight into their safety framework, risk controls and response capabilities. By voluntarily opening their programmes to independent review, Wingman operators affirm their dedication to accountability and continuous improvement. Additionally, Wingman members, including Presidential Aviation, are eligible for a complimentary annual safety culture analysis, a comprehensive SMS evaluation and participation in Wyvern's world-class Safety Leader Training Course, further reinforcing their commitment to safety leadership and operational excellence.
