Will D. Cutter heads up Phoenix

As vice president of PHX FBO operations, Cutter will oversee all fixed base operations at Phoenix Sky Harbor International airport, including line service, customer service, facilities and safety.

Cutter gained strong experience from a prior role with Piper.

Cutter Aviation is transferring Will D. Cutter from Georgetown Executive airport in Georgetown, Texas, to the company's headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, where he has been appointed vice president of PHX FBO operations.

He joined Cutter Aviation in 2010 and has held leadership roles across the organisation, including serving as general manager of Cutter Aviation's Georgetown Executive airport FBO in Texas. Throughout his tenure, he has been instrumental in supporting the company's operations and upholding Cutter's commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Prior to joining the business, he gained broad aviation industry experience with Piper Aircraft, where he worked in marketing and sales, supporting digital marketing initiatives, aircraft demonstrations, customer deliveries and production operations.
