Cutter appoints Printz as CTX ambassador

Callie Printz has taken on the customer and teammate experience ambassador role at Cutter Aviation, based in Phoenix, Arizona.

Printz was previously promoted to customer service manager just a year after joining Cutter Aviation in Prescott.

Cutter Aviation has appointed Callie Printz to the role of customer and teammate experience (CTX) ambassador, based at the company's Phoenix, Arizona location.

In the role, Printz will focus on building relationships with customers and employees through direct follow-up and feedback across Cutter Aviation's maintenance, FBO and charter operations. The programme is designed to bring a more personal, high-touch approach to customer service while helping departments identify opportunities for continued improvement.

The customer and teammate experience programme is designed to strengthen the connection between Cutter Aviation, our customers and our employees, while continuing to improve the level of service and support we provide across the company.”

Printz began her career with Cutter Aviation as a customer service representative at the company's Prescott, Arizona location. A year later she was promoted to customer service manager, building customer relationships while supporting daily operations and maintaining service standards, before moving into the CTX ambassador role.
