Flyte automates operations with Volato AI platform

August 12, 2026

The Eastern US operator will apply the technology across scheduling, dispatch, compliance and maintenance functions from the outset.

Flyte’s Cirrus Vision Jets operate under Part 135 carrier Ponderosa Air across the Eastern United States.

Flyte has become the first enterprise customer for Volato AI, a newly launched artificial intelligence platform built specifically for business aviation.

Flyte operates a fleet of Cirrus Vision Jets through its FAA-certified Part 135 subsidiary, Ponderosa Air, LLC, providing regional private aviation across the Eastern United States. As part of the deployment, Flyte will apply the platform across ten initial workflows: customer communications, charter sales support, flight quoting, crew coordination, maintenance scheduling, dispatch support, compliance assistance, document management, operational scheduling and administrative workflow automation. The company expects the technology to improve customer responsiveness and increase employee productivity as it continues to expand.

Marc Sellouk, chief executive officer of Flyte, says: “As our business continues to grow, we believe intelligent automation will become a critical component of scaling our operations efficiently while continuing to deliver the high level of customer service our clients expect.”

Matt Liotta, chief executive officer of Volato Group, adds: “Operators should not have to become AI companies to benefit from this technology. Our objective is to provide intelligent digital teammates that understand aviation and can support experienced professionals from the beginning.”

Flyte, the technology-enabled regional air mobility subsidiary of Catheter Precision, Inc., expects the deployment to allow experienced staff to spend less time on repetitive administrative tasks and more time on flight operations and customer service. The operator’s feedback from the rollout is intended to help shape future versions of the platform as Volato extends it to further aviation customers.
