The charter brokerage company has marked the milestone with continued European expansion and the appointment of Stephanie Pastorek as chief commercial officer and partner.
Simply Jet recently celebrated its 10th anniversary in European business aviation.
The company was incorporated in 2016 in Neuchatel, Switzerland, by co-founders Yann-Guillaume Jaccard (CEO), Matthieu Orioli (COO) and Patrick Rossire (CFO). What began as an idea by three alumni of the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne (EHL), developed over countless kebabs and cups of mint tea, has grown into a company with nearly 50 team members based in Lausanne, London, Paris and Zurich.
Specialising in private aviation brokerage, group charter flights, and aircraft sales and acquisitions, Simply Jet has built its reputation on a flexible approach, service delivery and attention to detail. In 2025, the company generated nearly CHF 40 million in revenue and organised more than 2,500 flights worldwide, reflecting the scale of its activity and client base.
Over the past decade, the company has operated through a period marked by significant industry challenges, including Brexit, COVID-19, the conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East, and rising fuel prices. Throughout, the business has adapted and continued to grow, supported by its teams and operational approach.
Coinciding with the anniversary, the board of directors has appointed Stephanie Pastorek as chief commercial officer and partner of the company. In her new role, Pastorek, who has more than 15 years’ experience in the sector, will be responsible for business development across all of the group’s entities.
Since joining Simply Jet in 2018, Pastorek has played a key role in the company’s development through her professionalism, dedication and consistent performance.
Simply Jet says it intends to continue its growth trajectory and strengthen its position in the European market, while maintaining service standards in business aviation.
