Luxaviation is expanding its UK fleet with a second Embraer Praetor 600. Now available for charter, the aircraft will be based in London and operated by Luxaviation San Marino, under the management of Luxaviation UK.

With a range of 4,000nm, the Praetor 600 travels at speeds of 863km/h and can fly from a runway as short as 3,000ft, facilitating non-stop flights on popular routes such as London-Ibiza over the summer break or London-Dubai in the autumn/winter months.

Luxaviation UK CEO George Galanopoulos says: “The addition of this new Praetor 600 underlines Luxaviation’s commitment to delivering premium, high-performance charter services across Europe and beyond. We’ve been seeing a notable shift in customer profile recently, with millennials now representing 50 per cent of our business jet clientele. The Praetor 600 is particularly well suited to meet the expectations of this audience, combining advanced technology, sleek design and the versatility to support both business and leisure travel. It perfectly complements our existing fleet.”

The aircraft has capacity for up to nine passengers and three crew members, featuring high-end seating that converts into four lie-flat beds, along with a three-seat divan in the rear. Onboard amenities include high-speed wi-fi, Apple TV and a full entertainment suite.

From a performance and safety perspective, the aircraft is certified for steep approaches, fitted with enhanced vision systems for low-visibility operations and features advanced weather detection tools to minimise turbulence and ensure smoother flights.

Patrick Hansen, CEO, Luxaviation Group adds: “The arrival of the Praetor 600 in our UK fleet highlights Luxaviation’s role as a trusted manager of the latest-generation business jets. Owners rely on our standards to introduce brand new aircraft to the charter market, giving clients access to one of the youngest, most advanced fleets available, delivered with the service excellence Luxaviation is known for.”
