Managed GV is a strong charter prospect for Business Jet

July 27, 2025

Business Jet is working with an individual who owns a GV, and the aircraft is available for ad hoc work all over the world. It is an exciting option in terms of connectivity and an alternative to the firm's super-mid fleet.

Adam Wolf reports that business is picking up across the board.

Dallas, Texas-based operator Business Jet is managing a Gulfstream V for a private client. The jet is available for worldwide ad hoc charter and is equipped with Starlink internet, enabling passengers to communicate throughout the journey.

Over the last 30 years, the company has taken on Gulfstreams and overhauled them for charter. “We haven’t managed a big Gulfstream in several years and always wanted to get back into one to grow our business globally,” reveals director of flight operations Adam Wolf. “The GV is an awesome and very capable machine to help us do that. A GV owner approached us looking for new management, and that’s how the aircraft joined our fleet.

“We have a desire for international growth, and this aircraft will help us increase our footprint and customer base,” Wolf continues. “We are targeting international destinations. This jet is perfect for international travel, and we have seen great interest in it for destinations in Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia, Hawaii... you name it. Wherever our passengers want to go.”

Business Jet has seen more traffic than last year, with its super-mids remaining the most popular.

Looking ahead, Wolf adds: “We always see potential to add additional aircraft. Business Jet offers a unique advantage to customers seeking management in the DFW area and beyond: we can manage your aircraft and base it where you desire. We also have our own FBO and certified repair station, allowing us to provide seamless and efficient support at any stage in the aircraft operation.”
