Charter business Jet 1 embraces ACSF's ASAP

October 6, 2023

ACSF president and CEO Bryan Burns has welcomed Jet 1 into the Air Charter Safety Foundation, where it will participate in its Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP).

Jet 1, a full-service aircraft sales, charter and management company based in Naples, Florida, is the latest aviation organisation to join the Air Charter Safety Foundation and participate in its Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP).

The ASAP, jointly operated by the ACSF and the FAA, is designed to help foster a voluntary, cooperative and non-punitive environment for the self-reporting of any events or concerns that could affect the safety of a flight.

“This partnership with the ACSF and our participation in the ASAP align perfectly with Jet 1's core values of integrity, accountability and excellence,” says Jet 1 president Keaton Phillips. “We look forward to the journey ahead, driven by the spirit of collaboration and continuous improvement, as we strive to set new benchmarks for aviation safety. I'd like to thank the Air Charter Safety Foundation for welcoming us into this esteemed community of safety-conscious aviation organisations.”

The goal of the ASAP is to enhance aviation safety through the prevention of accidents and incidents. ACSF president and CEO Bryan Burns adds: “Working together, we can make a meaningful impact on the aviation industry by ensuring the highest safety standards for our members and their employees.”
