Leviate Air Group acquires Vault Aviation
October 1, 2025:Leviate Air Group, a leading Texas-based Part 135-certified charter, sales and management services provider, today announced the strategic acquisition of the business operations of Vault Aviation, LLC, a charter brokerage headquartered in Dallas and recognised for its strong presence in the sports, entertainment and high-net-worth client segments.

The integration of Vault Aviation's client base with Leviate's operational capabilities through its FAA-certified aircraft fleet, and sales and acquisitions divisions brings an established roster of sports professionals, talent and affluent clients under the Leviate Air Group umbrella, reinforcing its mission to deliver unparalleled travel experiences.
