Panorama Jets reinforces safety standards with Wyvern Wingman renewal and Flight Leader participation
August 1, 2025:Panorama Jets has reaffirmed its commitment to safety and continuous improvement by renewing its Wyvern Wingman certified operator status, this time through the Flight Leader Program. Recognising the value of ongoing coaching and deeper engagement, Panorama Jets transitioned from traditional audits to quarterly coaching sessions with their Flight Leader coach.
With a modern fleet of 16 aircraft, including the Gulfstream G500, G400 and GIV-SP, and Cessna Citation Sovereign, Panorama Jets offers customised charter solutions from its Dominican Republic base across the Caribbean and Central America. The company also operates a comprehensive air ambulance division, providing both fixed-wing and rotor-wing medical evacuations.
“Renewing our Wyvern Wingman certified operator status reinforces Panorama Jets' commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety. This certification reflects our continued dedication to operational excellence, reliability and trust. At Panorama Jets, we take pride in delivering a service that is not only safe and consistent, but also deeply personal and authentically tailored to each client,” said Gonzalo Alexander Castillo, chief executive officer of Panorama Jets.
The Wyvern Wingman Standard, the first air charter audit standard in the aviation industry, sets a high bar for safety performance and allows air charter customers to evaluate operators against recognised best practices before selecting a provider.
The Wyvern Wingman certification process involves a rigorous assessment of an operator's safety management system (SMS), human factors and fatigue risk management programmes, internal evaluation and audit processes, safety culture analysis, compliance and risk management structures, emergency response plans and training protocols.
“Panorama Jets has demonstrated a strong commitment to aviation safety and operational excellence by renewing its Wyvern Wingman certification,” said Andrew Day, senior vice president, operations at Wyvern. “Its consistent adherence to industry best practices, coupled with proactive safety monitoring, reflects a deep-rooted dedication to continuous improvement and is further underscored by its recent acceptance into the Wyvern Flight Leader Program, an achievement that highlights its forward-thinking leadership and commitment to advancing global safety standards.”
