Centreline confirms sale of Capital Air Ambulance to Gama Aviation UK

Centreline, a Pula Aviation Services company, has announced the sale of Capital Air Ambulance to Gama Aviation UK. The transaction represents a strategic step in line with the group's focus on growing its core aviation services while divesting non-core business streams.

Capital Air Ambulance, a wholly owned subsidiary of Centreline since 2021, has built a strong reputation as one of the UK's leading specialist air ambulance providers. With a proven record in rapid-response medical repatriation, the service has consistently delivered high standards of patient care, supported by a skilled and experienced clinical and flight team.

Under the terms of the agreement, the Capital team will transition to Gama Aviation and be integrated into its established medical operations.
