Jet Access elevates operational excellence with Pete Carroll as director of operations

Jet Access, the U.S. full-service, fully integrated private aviation enterprise with a national reach, is proud to announce the appointment of Pete Carroll as its new director of operations. With over a decade of leadership experience in Part 135 operations, Pete brings a proven track record of operational excellence, safety leadership and organisational growth to the Jet Access team.

Pete's aviation career includes key leadership roles at Pacific Coast Jet and MidAmerica Jet, where he served as director of operations, director of training and company check airman. He played a pivotal role in developing safety-focused training programmes, enhancing pilot standardisation and driving scalable business expansion.

In addition to his operational leadership, Pete has successfully implemented safety management systems (SMS), emergency response plans (ERP) and achieved audit compliance with IS-BAO, Wyvern and ARGUS standards. His international experience includes MLRNS and CPDLC compliance, as well as comprehensive manual development.

Pete is an accomplished pilot with over 6,700 hours of flight time and is type-rated in several aircraft including the Citation X and Embraer Praetor.
