April 15, 2025:

Jet Access, the U.S. full-service, fully integrated private aviation enterprise with a national reach, is proud to announce the promotion of David Richter to chief revenue officer and president of managed aircraft sales.

Since joining Jet Access a year ago as executive vice president of managed aircraft sales, David has demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic vision and a relationship-first approach that has significantly advanced the company's managed aircraft programme. Under his guidance, Jet Access has achieved measurable fleet growth, increased charter certificate participation and fostered impactful collaboration across all verticals.

“Dave's deep industry experience, strategic mindset and commitment to delivering value to our clients make him the ideal leader to take on this expanded role,” said Quinn Ricker, CEO of Jet Access. “His impact over the past year has been remarkable, and alongside our talented executive team, we're excited to see how his collaborative leadership will continue to build the future of our organisation.”

In his new role, David will oversee brokerage sales, managed aircraft sales and opportunities, the marketing team and the company's innovative Wing Share programme. He will continue to champion a seamless, value-focused client experience while aligning revenue strategies across the organisation. David will collaborate with divisional leaders to unlock new opportunities across the company, including FBOs, charter and maintenance.

“I joined Jet Access because I saw the powerful synergy that comes from integrating all verticals of private aviation.” Said David Richter, CRO and president of managed aircraft sales of Jet Access. “My new role positions us to elevate client acquisition and significantly grow our market share.”

With over two decades in the aviation industry, David previously held leadership roles at Wheels Up and Executive Jet Management (EJM), where he successfully added more than 95 aircraft to their fleets. He currently serves as president of the Massachusetts Business Aviation Association and is based in Boston, Massachusetts.

This promotion marks another exciting milestone as Jet Access continues to evolve as one of the most dynamic and client-focused companies in business aviation.
