Luxaviation Group expands partnership with TrustFlight, enhancing global safety and compliance with Centrik

April 9, 2025:

TrustFlight Ltd., a global leader in aviation digitisation, today announced that Luxaviation Group, one of the world's largest private aircraft and helicopter operators, has reaffirmed its commitment to safety and operational excellence by renewing and expanding its use of TrustFlight's advanced quality and safety management platform, Centrik. This renewal continues Luxaviation's use of Centrik across its 13 Air Operator Certificates (AOCs) and notably extends to include its fixed base operations (FBOs).

Luxaviation operates over 140 facilities globally, employing more than 1,300 aviation professionals and managing a fleet exceeding 220 aircraft. Since its founding in 1964, Luxaviation has consistently evolved, maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance to support its extensive global client base.

Luxaviation first adopted Centrik in 2018, recognising the need to digitally streamline its safety management, regulatory compliance and operational processes. Centrik has provided Luxaviation with a centralised, digital platform enabling real-time safety reporting, effective quality management and proactive risk mitigation across its international operations.

The inclusion of Luxaviation's FBOs within the Centrik platform is particularly significant due to the specialised operational risks involved in ground handling, fuelling, passenger and aircraft handling, and maintenance activities. Implementing an integrated safety management system (SMS) ensures comprehensive risk identification and mitigation, enhancing overall safety and regulatory compliance.

“Centrik has become the heartbeat of our global safety and compliance strategy, fundamentally changing how we manage operational risk and regulatory alignment,” says Suzy Gautrey, group safety and compliance manager at Luxaviation Group.

Patrick Hansen, CEO of Luxaviation, adds: “Renewing and expanding our partnership with TrustFlight is a testament to our unwavering commitment to safety and operational excellence. By leveraging Centrik's advanced capabilities, we continue to set new benchmarks in the aviation industry, ensuring the highest standards for our clients worldwide.Renewing and expanding our partnership with TrustFlight isn't just a business decision; it's a bold statement about our dedication to industry-leading standards and relentless pursuit of excellence.”

Centrik's advanced platform features precise regulation-driven checklists, real-time analytics and integrated workflows designed specifically to enhance operational excellence. Its intuitive interface enables users to manage compliance proactively and efficiently, ensuring continuous alignment with regulatory demands.

“Luxaviation's expanded commitment to Centrik is a powerful endorsement of digital transformation in aviation safety,” said Karl Steeves, CEO of TrustFlight. “Together, we're reshaping operational excellence, setting a new global standard that others will follow.”
