Vaunt doubles aircraft network with expanded operator programme, advancing toward market leadership

Volato Group, Inc. has announced that Vaunt, its rapidly scaling private aviation platform, has more than doubled its available fleet through the strategic addition of two established US Part 135 operators, Jetvia and Koury Aviation, alongside expanded participation from flyExclusive.

Jetvia is a Learjet 60 fleet operator based in the US southwest, while Koury Aviation operates a mixed fleet of Citation, Hawker and Challenger types from its locations in North Carolina. These partnerships bring an additional 59 aircraft onto Vaunt's platform, significantly enhancing coverage in key U.S. markets and providing a meaningful step toward the platform's goal of nationwide reach.

Since integrating flyExclusive's fleet in late 2024, Vaunt has sustained double-digit ARR growth, widened its user base and driven increased platform engagement; clear indicators of its ability to scale efficiently and generate recurring revenue streams. The expansion to a total of 111 aircraft on its platform positions Vaunt for continued acceleration in 2025 and cements its role within Volato's broader strategy to redefine private aviation with tech-enabled solutions.
