Titan Aviation announces cancellation of business merger with Airdriven India

Titan Aviation, a global business aircraft management, charter and sales company, today announced the cancellation of its planned business merger with Airdriven India. After careful consideration and evaluation of the association, both parties have mutually agreed to terminate the merger agreement.

The decision for termination of the merger was reached after an extensive review of the strategic objectives of the transaction and the viability of the project. While initial discussions showed promise, subsequent analysis revealed challenges that could impact the long-term growth and sustainability of the entities.

Titan Aviation will continue to support Airdriven India globally and expects both companies to benefit from the potential synergy.
