Flapper performs 40 helicopter takeoffs and landings during The Town music festival

Flapper, a Brazilian air mobility platform and exclusive operator of private flights to The Town, performed 40 helicopter takeoffs and landings during the Sao Paulo music festival that took place in September.

The flights were carried out aboard single-turbine AS350 for five passengers and twin-turbine helicopters, including Agusta A109, Bell 429 and Airbus EC155 models, with capacity for six to eight passengers. The highlight was the difference in allowing disembarkation at the Interlagos race track where the event took place, at the Ayrton Senna Kartódromo heliport. This novelty in the Brazilian air market will be repeated in major events that will take place later this year.

Boarding took place from meeting points, such as Campo de Marte Airport and Blue Tree Faria Lima. Flapper also offered the charter of rotary wings, from other regions of São Paulo. In total, there are more than 20 helipads in the city, including Alphaville, Av. Paulista, Guarulhos, Catarina Airport and Grande ABC (Santo André, São Bernardo do Campo, São Caetano and Diadema region).
