Tradewind Aviation announces appointments of Crist Stilianos and Jen Lozada to leadership team

Tradewind Aviation, the leading private aviation specialist throughout North America and the Caribbean, has announced the appointments of two new vice presidents to its leadership team: Crist Stilianos as vice president, human resources and people, and Jen Lozada as vice president of revenue.

Building on a year of unprecedented growth for Tradewind, Stilianos and Lozada's newly established positions mark the award-winning private operator's latest investment in its people and leadership for the continued success of its ambitious growth plans for 2024 and beyond. Stilianos and Lozada's appointments also reflect the first of several newly added vice president level roles across some of Tradewind's departments to be filled in the coming months, including a vice president of flight operations as the next hire to be announced.

A seasoned human resources leader with over a decade of experience across leading multinational companies, Crist Stilianos will be responsible for all aspects of Tradewind's human resources strategy and people experience, including talent management, team member training and development, pilot training experience, and compensation and benefits strategy. Having arrived at Tradewind from Calvin Klein where he spent over two years as director, and then senior director of human resources, Stilianos previously held HR leadership positions across the retail and financial services sectors of international brands including Eldridge, Tiffany & Co., Macy's and others. In his new position at Tradewind, Stilianos will focus on team member experience with specialisation in talent management and will report directly to Rich McKnight, chief financial officer.

Jen Lozada joins Tradewind from Vista Global's subsidiary, XO, where she held multiple senior management positions in aircraft sourcing, global account management, and XO shared flights including business strategy and development across sales, marketing, schedule development, customer service and ground operations. With a passion and proven track record in building world-class customer experiences, Lozada will be responsible for all aspects of Tradewind's sales, marketing and business development strategy and initiatives, and will report directly to David Zipkin, chief marketing officer.

Bringing over two decades of combined experience, Stilianos and Lozada's appointments will serve to further bolster Tradewind Aviation's position as the premier regional-travel industry leader in the United States' highly competitive private aviation sector, as well as support with Tradewind's ambitious growth strategy as it expands its presence into the US southeast, Caribbean and more.
