Stack.aero introduces Stack.aero BOS, the complete business operations system for brokers and charter sales teams

May 16, 2022:

Stack.aero, the leading developer of business operations systems for aviation, today introduced Stack.aero BOS, the latest generation Salesforce.com-based platform for business aviation.

BOS is tailor-made to manage the entire charter trip request lifecycle, the end-to-end process that begins with initial client contact and extends through sourcing, quoting, contracting, trip management and financial reconciliation.

Stack.aero BOS users benefit from:

- Faster and more efficient sourcing

- Game-changing automation via workflows, notifications and task allocation

- Digitised documentation and booking processes

- Higher revenues through increased efficiencies and sales conversions

- In-depth business intelligence and analytics

- Better client knowledge through easily-accessible transparent information

- Easy scalability thanks to a central unified platform

- Superior data security and full data ownership.

Stack.aero's founders are aviation industry veterans. The lessons learned managing fleets and flight departments, and the experience of the day-to-day challenges faced by charter brokers are integral to BOS' design and reflected in its powerful features.

“There is no substitute for front-line experience,” says Greg Jarrett, CEO, Stack.aero. “BOS addresses the pain points felt by charter brokers. We know because we've lived them. By automating and digitising what were previously manual tasks, we are boosting efficiency and freeing up time for other priorities, such as sales. Traditionally, charter brokers have not been well-served by digital platforms. We have disrupted the status quo.”

STM Charters is one of several Stack.aero BOS implementations. Based in Waterloo, Iowa, STM Charters specialises in collegiate and sports custom travel and executive, entertainment and group leisure flights. The company fulfills more than 2,200 charters annually on aircraft ranging from single-engine turboprops to wide-body jet airliners.

“As a unique company that sub-leases aircraft and creates optimised schedules, we decided to implement BOS after considerable research. We concluded that it is the best solution for our unique and expanding needs,” says Chris Gove, director of operations, STM Charters. “We expect it to accelerate our sales process, enhance our operations and streamline our reporting. Our clients will benefit from the competitive advantage that comes from immediate access to a wealth of data. We are pleased with our decision and expect to see a significant benefit to our services thanks to implementing BOS.”
