Ultimate Jetcharters joins Air Charter Safety Foundation and ASAP

October 2, 2020:

Ultimate Jetcharters, a leading provider of air charter and shuttle operations based in the North Canton, Ohio, has joined the non-profit Air Charter Safety Foundation and its Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP).

The ACSF provides an array of programmes for its 240 members, enabling them to achieve the highest levels of safety in personal, charter and business aviation.

The ASAP is a programme available within the ACSF, which is administered by the ACSF in partnership with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Participation in the ASAP programme enables Ultimate Jetcharters' employees to voluntarily report significant safety concerns, non-compliance with regulations and other unusual events. Each report is investigated, and corrective actions are determined based on a non-disciplinary approach to flight safety.

“We're constantly looking for ways to improve our safety efforts, and we appreciate how the Air Charter Safety Foundation is aligned with those values,” said Jeffrey Neubert, vice president of flight operations, Ultimate Jetcharters. “Likewise, several of us with backgrounds in the Part 121 world are familiar with the Aviation Safety Action Program, so it's a natural extension that we would use ASAP reports to support that continuous feedback loop here at Ultimate Jetcharters.”

“We're happy to welcome Ultimate Jetcharters to our growing ACSF ranks,” said ACSF president Bryan Burns. “When we see such a safety-focused company like Ultimate Jetcharters reaching out to us for inclusion, it reinforces our belief that we're offering a valuable set of tools in the service of safety.”
