Heron Aviation newly approved for Malaysian operations

German AOC operator Heron Aviation is pleased to announce the expansion of its operational capabilities with the receipt of a Malaysian Foreign Air Operator Certificate (FAOC) under approval number 00085. Effective immediately, Heron Aviation is approved to provide commercial air transport to all international airports in Malaysia, allowing customers both current and new limitless access to the best of what southeast Asia has to offer.

The firm is honoured to add this capability to its operational portfolio and provide all clients with seamless and unfettered access to southeast Asia. In tandem with the company's FAA Part 129 FAOC certification in the United States along with the company's Transport Canada FAOC certification in Canada, Heron Aviation can proudly present itself to clients as a truly worldwide operator with expertise in operating to the furthest points across the globe.

The Malaysian Foreign Air Operator Certificate approval process consists of an intensive review undertaken by the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM). Special consideration is paid to the strict navigation requirements of the country as well as crew duty control procedures. Working closely with the CAAM authorities and personnel, Heron Aviation achieved its FAOC in record time, demonstrating a superbly high level of regulatory cooperation and goodwill. Heron Aviation's experience and expertise in the region continues to play a marked role in its ability to swiftly and efficiently conduct business in southeast Asia.
