Wing Aviation announces new headquarters

May 25, 2020:

Texan Part 135 operator Wing Aviation today announced the relocation of its corporate headquarters to a new state-of-the-art facility at the Houston William P. Hobby Airport (HOU), expanding upon its presence in the Houston area.

Wing's new headquarters is located within sister company Galaxy FBO's new development at Hobby Airport. Galaxy FBO will house Wing's flight operations; from sales, accounting, dispatch to maintenance and flight crew. Charter customers and managed aircraft owners will exclusively utilise Wing Aviation's new Voyager Lounge, named after NASA's twin spacecraft that travelled the farthest from earth.

“2020 has been a transformative year for Wing Aviation, and this move is the next step in our evolution as we celebrate our new beginning as a streamlined aircraft management and charter company,” said Brian Chapman, chief executive officer of Wing Aviation. “We believe our new space will provide an inspiring work environment for our employees, helping to foster a strong culture of collaboration. We seek to deliver on our mission to provide premium private and corporate aviation services as the largest operator in Texas, which has been solidified by our recent merger with Western Airways.”

Wing Aviation currently has base operations at Conroe North Houston Regional Airport (CXO), Addison Airport (ADS) and Sugar Land Regional Airport (SGR).
