Volanteus appoints Julius Ramos to lead expansion into US

UK-based charter brokerage Volanteus has opened a US office and appointed Julius Ramos as its US sales director to lead the charge.

Julius most recently spent the last 10 years at Avinode. As the director of sales, Julius successfully supported and helped lead the dramatic growth of Avinode's US operation and sales efforts, orchestrating all bottom-line factors across its more than 500 North American charter operator and broker accounts.

Julius stated, “I'm thrilled to be a part of the Volanteus team and look forward to expanding its incredible brand into the US market. I've had the good fortune of developing deep connections with both businesses and individuals in the US by working in collaboration to find mutually beneficial, relevant solutions for their client and business needs.”

Led by Mark Green, a more than 20 year veteran of the business aviation industry and business owner since 2005, his bespoke brokerage company Volanteus recently celebrated two years of service, successfully completing nearly 1,000 flight sectors within that short time.
