September 29, 2009:

TAG Aviation Holding S.A., a diversified company of personal and business aviation operations, announced today that Keith Morgan has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of TAG Aviation Asia. Mr. Morgan, who has extensive aviation experience in the region, assumes his new position immediately.

In his new role Mr. Morgan will direct TAG Aviation Asia’s continued growth initiatives, including further expansion of the successful Hong Kong-based aircraft management and charter businesses into new markets and business segments. The company was just granted a Hong Kong Civil Aviation Authority Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) in April.

Robert Wells, CEO of Geneva based TAG Aviation Holding stated, “TAG is fortunate to gain a CEO with Keith’s broad range of senior management skills, especially his aviation and regional business experience”. Additionally, Mr. Wells announced the appointment of Geoff Hopkins as Director of Maintenance for TAG Aviation Asia. Mr. Neil Gibson, the previous TAG Asia CEO, is relocating to Europe for family health reasons.

Mr. Morgan’s professional career spans 37 years, starting with graduation as a pilot in the Royal Australian Air Force, where he completed 20 years of service flying both fixed and rotary wing aircraft. During his military career he also flew for the Roulettes, the prestigious RAAF aerobatic team, and held the Chief Flying Instructor position for the RAAF’s Central Flying School. His business aviation experience includes a posting to the RAAF 34 Squadron, flying VIP Falcon 900s as well as a post military position flying a corporate jet in Australia. For the past 12 years Mr. Morgan has held senior positions with Flight Training Adelaide, a large ab-initio flight training provider for major airlines in Asia and abroad. His last position with the company was CEO, where he led a four-year and highly successful expansion plan of the company. Mr. Morgan will reside in Hong Kong effective immediately.

Mr. Hopkins joined TAG Aviation Asia in July, bringing with him many years of business aviation experience in the region. He previously spent 10 years with Jet Aviation in Singapore as Director of Maintenance and General Manager. His vast experience with varied aircraft maintenance operations across the region will greatly benefit TAG Aviation Asia and its clients as the company continues to expand across the continent.
