ACI Jet grows fleet with three new additions, including two Global Express XRS charter jets

February 7, 2018:

California-based private jet management, luxury charter, aircraft maintenance, and executive terminal and FBO provider, ACI Jet, announced today from booth #1757 at the National Business Aviation Association's Schedulers and Dispatchers Conference a 30% increase in the company's business jet fleet size by adding two Bombardier Global Express XRS ultra-long-range aircraft and an Embraer Phenom 300 light jet. The two Central Coast California-based Global Express XRS aircraft will be available for on-demand charter flights beginning in Q2 2018.

The Bombardier Global Express XRS offers business travelers international-range to deliver non-stop service to much of Europe, South America, and northeast Asia from California, and with a modern, spacious, and quiet interior. Introduced in 2005 and at an initial price of nearly $60 million, the aircraft became one of the most successful long-range luxury jet options for large businesses and a demographic of jetsetter that demands only the best.

ACI Jet's two Global Express XRS additions each feature cutting-edge Ka-band global internet access, providing the lowest cost, highest speed internet service available on international flights. “These aircraft additions continue to build on ACI Jet's strategy of growing our large-cabin fleet of aircraft, complementing our ultra-long range capable Gulfstream 650, and focusing on the highest standards of inflight service and amenities for VIP clients,” said Kellee Valentine, vice president of flight operations for ACI Jet.

Touted as the best-selling business jet in the world from 2013 through 2016, the Embraer Phenom 300 builds upon the success of its Phenom 100 by significantly increasing the cabin size, range, and performance specifications, putting it well-ahead of other aircraft in the light jet category. From Los Angeles, non-stop destinations include Chicago, Toronto, and Cancun, Mexico. The model features a fully-enclosed lavatory and configurations accommodating up to nine passengers with two crewmembers.

ACI Jet's new Phenom 300 will operate under FAA Part 91 rules and is the first Embraer product fully-managed by the organization. The company's FAA Part 145 repair station has experience with the entire product line, and the company's executive terminals and FBOs division provides ground services Embraer products from its Santa Ana (KSNA), San Luis Obispo (KSBP), Paso Robles (KPRB), and Oceano, California (L52) facilities.
