Aeropartner acquires Air Prague

Czech operator Aeropartner has acquired 100% share in the charter airline, Air Prague. Air Prague has been mainly active in Italy, recently operating a pair of Beechcraft King Airs for both passenger and ambulance sorties.

As a new member of the Aeropartner group, Air Prague will launch two more jet aircraft in 2018. The company will continue operating under its current AOC and Air Prague (PRG) ICAO call signs while gradually re-locating its core business to Prague International Airport in the Czech Republic.

In January 2018 Aeropartner will also extend its jet fleet again with a fifth Citation Mustang. Apart from operating the new aircraft for the owner, Aeropartner will increase its total transport capacity and overall substitutability of all types within the fleet. This new-coming aircraft will make Aeropartner the second largest operator of Mustangs in Europe.
