Wright joins Axis Jet as director of business development

Axis Jet, a Sacramento-based aviation company, has announced the addition of Otto Wright as director of business development, to lead the company's expansion in the San Francisco Bay area.

Wright joins Axis Jet with more than 12 years of experience in the aviation industry, mainly in leadership and business development roles. Most recently, he served as general manager for KaiserAir in Oakland, CA, and has worked internationally with FERAS and Jetex Flight Support. Before getting into aviation, Wright served in senior management positions with notable technology firms such as Nextel Communications and Sun Microsystems.

“Otto's experience gives our company a unique perspective from the client-side as well as a vast understanding of our industry and its complexities,” said Axis Jet co-founder Dan Kimmel. “We are eager to have him plant our company flag in the Bay area.”
