JetNetherlands took delivery of its Cessna Citation Sovereign+ from the Cessna headquarters in Wichita, USA.

ASL and JetNetherlands take delivery of new Cessna Citation Sovereign+ and XLS+

ASL and JetNetherlands have taken delivery of new a Cessna Citation Sovereign+ and XLS+. This is yet another important milestone in the development of the group as the fleet continues to grow with new aircraft being delivered.

The Cessna Citation XLS+ recently landed at its new home base in Antwerp, Belgium. The aircraft joins another Cessna Citation XLS+ and a Cessna Citation Excel. The aircraft, manufactured in 2015 will be operated on behalf of its owner and will be offered for commercial charter operations very soon. The company expects to have the aircraft added on the AOC (Air Operator Certificate) of ASL within a few days.

At the same time, JetNetherlands management is taking delivery of a factory new Cessna Citation Sovereign+ in Wichita, USA. The aircraft will arrive at its new homebase in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, on October 1, 2016.

This Citation Sovereign+ is the second aircraft of type to join the fleet. ASL/JetNetherlands was the launch customer of the Cessna Citation Sovereign+ in Europe when it took delivery of the first aircraft back in June 2014.

The aircraft will be managed and operated on behalf of its owner and will be added on the AOC of JetNetherlands within a few weeks.

These two new aircraft mark an important milestone in the growth of the recently formed ASL/JetNetherlands group and consolidate the position of the company on the mid-size and super-mid-size segment of the market.
