Travel Service Airlines signs long-term contract with Air Support

Travel Service Airlines, the largest airline operator in Czech Republic, has signed a long-term contract with Air Support for the provision of the PPS Flight Planning System. The order was signed on September 1st after an intensive RFT process.

Prague-based Travel Service Airlines has chosen Air Support as its future flight planning software provider for its fleet of 30 B737s and three Cessna 680s. In addition to the basic PPS software license, Travel Service Airlines will also acquire the AutoDispatch, Autofiling and Route Challenge add-on modules, which will help the airline in its future cost-optimization efforts. The rollout of the PPS Flight Planning System also applies to its Polish, Hungarian and Slovakian subsidiaries.

Jan Bělina, ground operations director at Travel Service Airlines, states: “We have had an intensive RFT process with a high level of professionalism and commitment from all the final candidates. We needed a solution, which would fit into our existing dispatch environment while providing a high-quality briefing package to our crew. Air Support's focus on integration to thirrd party systems and their continuous development efforts made up the key decisive factors in our choice of flight planning provider. Needless to say, we are looking forward to the cooperation with Air Support.”

The implementation of the PPS Flight Planning System for Travel Service Airlines will begin immediately.
