Global Air Charters, Inc. appoints Richard (Dick) Page executive vice president

Global Air Charters, a full-service Part 135 certified aviation charter and management company, has hired Richard C. Page as executive vice president. In this new position, Page will focus on worldwide business development.

Page has more than 25 years of experience in the aviation industry. Most recently, he served as vice president for Best Jets International, Minneapolis. At Best Jets, he was responsible for business development of the expanding Part 135 aircraft fleet. Prior to Best Jets, Page was the president and owner of Blue Moon Aviation, Minneapolis, where he marketed and managed domestic and international VIP charters, equipped with an Airbus Executive A319 with 56 seats.

Page also worked as executive vice president for Avolar, a division of United Airlines. Before Avolar, he was the president and owner of Champion Air, Minneapolis, formerly MGM Grand Holdings.
