SR Jet welcomes the first Legacy 500 in Asia to its fleet in Tianjin shortly after Swiss Aviation Consulting’s audits.

Swiss Aviation Consulting mandated to audit flight operations and aircraft maintenance organisation of Sparkle Roll Group in Tianjin, China

Swiss Aviation Consulting is proud to announce that it has been mandated by the Sparkle Roll Group, China to conduct an operator audit and independent maintenance organisation audit (Part-145) of its affiliate SR Jet Co., Ltd. in Tianjin. Sparkle Roll Group Ltd. is a leading trader of high-end consumer goods in China.

The audits were conducted in accordance with CAAC and EASA regulations on 12 and 13 January 2016. SR Jet Co. was found to be in full compliance. An operation control centre and an engineering office is in place. Furthermore the company has meanwhile successfully implemented the International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO).

Sascha Gammeter, coo of Swiss Aviation Consulting, reports: “Though operating a still relatively small fleet with Piaggio's 180 and Challenger 850 CL-600-2B19, SR Jet Co. has all the necessary procedures and safety management in place to grow further and expand its fleet. The SR Jet Co. offices are located outside Tianjin airport in big modern buildings with enough space for future growth.”

Sascha continues: "I would especially like to thank the staff from the safety, operation and maintenance department for the professional audit assistance as well as the whole team for the very warm welcome which made us forget the freezing temperatures. After two days of work we had the pleasure to make a sightseeing tour through the impressive metropolis of Tianjin which has a total municipal population of 15.2 million. The highlight was the Gu Wenhua Jie market which needs particular mention here.”
