FlightWorks expands managed fleet with Citation CJ3+ at Cobb County (RYY) Airport - McCollum Field

July 1, 2015:

FlightWorks, Inc., the Southeast's largest on-demand private air charter and aircraft management company, has added another factory-new Citation CJ3+ to its charter-managed fleet. The aircraft will be based at FlightWorks' private hangar at Cobb County (RYY) Airport – McCollum Field and will be available to charter clientele.

The aircraft features state-of-the-art safety features including Synthetic Vision Technology and XM Graphical Weather. The passenger cabin is also packed full of features that today's private flyers demand, such as Gogo Biz High Speed Internet, Garmin Iridium Satcom Telephone, an enclosed lavatory, and Cessna's Clarity Wireless Entertainment System. The Clarity system allows any passenger to connect to the passenger entertainment system through an app that can be downloaded onto any iOS, Android or Windows device.

The Citation CJ3+ is known for a blend of superior performance and low operating costs. The aircraft can seat up to seven passengers, which includes an interchangeable passenger seat or galley credenza that can be added or removed depending on trip requirements.

“The addition of this late model aircraft to our Turnkey Management program is a statement to the value we provide our managed aircraft owners through our approach to asset management, value preservation and transparency” said Daniel Lucey, president of FlightWorks. Lucey went on to add “This aircraft owner was attracted to our customized solutions, including our exclusive program that does not require a working capital deposit.”

The aircraft will be available for on-demand charter and as part of FlightPASS®, FlightWorks innovative family of jet card programs. Business today demands efficiency and private air charter can eliminate long check-in lines, security wait times, mechanical delays and more. As a result, FlightWorks is seeing increased use of private charter as a way to streamline time-consuming commercial travel.
