ACASS granted commercial AOC in Republic of San Marino

ACASS is proud to announce that it has been granted the first commercial air operator certificate (AOC) in the Republic of San Marino. The AOC allows ACASS to commercially operate aircraft under the San Marino registry (T7- designate).

ACASS pursued this registration in response to the growing demand for a safe, fiscally responsible and advantageous registration jurisdiction that had a complete set of commercial regulations compliant with the highest standards, yet focused on client service and “real world” business operations.

The Republic of San Marino, an enclaved microstate situated on the Italian Peninsula on the north-eastern side of the Apennine Mountains, is a very competitive registration jurisdiction, with ICAO-compliant commercial operations, at very competitive pricing. It also allows our clients registering aircraft in San Marino to take advantage of the ACASS interim lift program and lease their aircraft with third parties, safely in operational control under ACASS.

The commercial designation of the certificate will help our clients who may be interested in generating additional revenue by offering their foreign-registered aircraft for charter.
