Concierge Aviation acquired by AYR Group

British Air Operator Certificate (AOC) holder Concierge Aviation Limited has been recently acquired by AYR Group. This move signals AYR Group's entry into the private / business jet charter market as an AOC holder.

After careful study and assessment of potential candidates, Concierge Aviation emerged as the company most compatible with AYR Group's corporate philosophy and dedication to provide the safest and the most professional aviation products possible. The management team of Concierge will remain in place to oversee the transition and to drive the company forward into further stages of development.

Concierge Aviation will complement the services already offered by the AYR Group's own aviation brokerage and jet management company Sovereign Business Jets. Jointly they will strive to meet the needs of even the most demanding and discerning jet charter customers.

The service portfolio of Concierge Aviation includes: aircraft management, flight operations, continuing airworthiness management, flight crew and rostering, fuel purchasing, insurance, manuals, negotiation of basing / handling contracts and financial reconciliation of operational costs.

Concierge Aviation will relocate to the brand new hangar of London Biggin Hill Airport – only 12 miles from the heart of London.
