Sun Air Jets takes off with new president & chief operating officer and lands new director of finance & administration

Sun Air Jets recently announced their new president and chief operating officer, Brian J. Counsil, as well as their new director of finance and administration, Stephen E. Maloney.

As Sun Air's cfo and general counsel for 13 years, Mr. Counsil's expert legal, tax, and financial advice to Sun Air Jets' managed aircraft owners has been a distinct advantage the company provides. Now as President, Mr. Counsil will focus more greatly upon promoting Sun Air's advantages through business development activities. Mr. Counsil holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis.

Mr. Maloney, as Sun Air Jets' new director of finance and administration brings over 30 years of aviation experience in various senior management positions. His business aviation experience includes running small aviation consulting companies, managing FBO operations, and serving as senior management in Teterboro and Little Rock for Dassault Falcon Jet. At Sun Air Jets, Steve will focus on the internal operations and management of the company's FBO, maintenance and aircraft management businesses. Steve holds a Bachelor's Degree from the U.S. Naval Academy as well as a Master's Degree in Finance from Boston College.
