VistaJet integrates with Avinode

VistaJet is integrating with Avinode in response to the technological transformation in the on-demand business jet market. The company claims new tools have provided brokers and clients with greater transparency on product offerings and says the Avinode platform connects operators and brokers to increase booking efficiency.

The integration allows brokers to review VistaJet's aircraft imagery, cabin comparisons and seat configurations to identify the best flying option for their customers, and directly request flights on any of its aircraft. Since going live the company claims response times have reduced by 30 per cent and flight requests through Avinode have increased by over 80 per cent.

The company is also renewing its partnership with UK-based Bon Soirée to provide inflight catering on flights departing from London. Chef Alan Bird, who joined Bon Soirée after two decades at The Ivy in London, has already started consulting on the new seasonal menu. Signature dishes will include chargrilled poussin breast on toast with creamed morels, followed by sea bass provençal and a dessert of rhubarb parfait.

In 2017 one in four VistaJet flights had a child on-board so the company is now offering Adventures in the Sky; interactive entertainment packages for travellers aged one to 16 years. These take the form of special menus, story and colouring books, personalised explorer backpacks and family activity hampers.
