California-based Desert Jet founder, president and CEO Denise Wilson received the Desert Visionary award from the local Women Leaders Forum of Coachella Valley for her community leadership, public service, commitment to education and visionary entrepreneurship. She praised the organisation for the role it and other similar groups play in developing the next generation of women leaders.
