XOJet positions for breakout growth and expansion

US operator XOJet closed 2017 with a nine per cent increase in revenue to cap off five years of growth. Charter brokerage grew by over 30 per cent year-on-year and the company has extended its roster of aircraft to over 1,300 to support this demand. “We have invested heavily in the commercial operation, our vendor network and brand partnerships over the last 18 months,” says CCO James Henderson. “The growth of our membership base and surge in charter brokerage are a direct result of this and we expect significant expansion again in 2018.”

The company has appointed James Henderson to the position of president of commercial operations and Gregg Slow as chief client officer.

Previously chief commercial officer, Henderson is now principally accountable for the overall strategic direction and leadership of XOJet's branded client franchise. Slow, its former executive vice president of sales and client services, will continue to oversee the sales and client services teams with a heightened priority for client acquisition, relationship development and engagement.

Chairman and CEO Brad Stewart says: “True to our credo, both James and Gregg care deeply about our clients and the XOJet community, and this is public recognition of their superior leadership performance and potential. Our intention with these well-deserved promotions is to solidify XOJet's relentless dedication to providing unpara-lleled advice and exceptional service to our clients.”
