Harry Mitchel says FAA approvals will give EFS clients the greatest range of travel options

Executive Flight Services receives FAA approvals

Kansas-based operator Executive Flight Services has achieved certification to fly FAR Part 135 aircraft with 10 seats or more, and to operate flights to Europe, across the Pacific and throughout the world.

The FAR application process included a validation flight on a Hawker 4000 from Bangor, Maine, to Shannon, Ireland, and the '10 or more' certification covers all larger aircraft in the EFS fleet such as a Legacy 500.

“This process represents the fulfillment of our most-requested service,” says COO Harry Mitchel. “Many departments came together with preparation, focus, execution and teamwork to ensure that customers have the greatest range of travel options and services.”
