Clay Lacy Aviation raises funds for homeless students
California-based Clay Lacy Aviation helped raise $24,000 for homeless students in Orange County at the second annual FLOCK Dinner Gala this summer. The company donated flights aboard its fleet of business jets during a live auction at the event. FLOCK (Fullerton's Love of Orange County Kids) is a nonprofit organisation with the mission to end the cycle of child home- lessness in Orange County.
Proceeds from the fund-raiser will help homeless students with shoes, clothing, prescription eyeglasses, school supplies, laptops, sports equipment and college scholarships. Clay Lacy Aviation VP brand development Scott Cutshall says: “Angela, Jennifer and the dedicated team at FLOCK do an outstanding job, helping some amazing kids here in Orange County. We are honoured to support their work and see these young adults achieve their dreams.”
