TAG Aviation agrees connectivity deal

Farnborough, UK-based TAG Aviation has signed an agreement with Satcom Direct (SD) to incor- porate nose-to-tail connectivity services and technology across its UK fleet. The deal will build on the neighbouring companies' existing business relationship that has seen SD supply connectivity solutions to the operator over the last 11 years. SD will extend its latest technologies for in-flight connectivity. These include voice and data solutions that will ensure TAG's fleet stays connected at all phases of flight, wherever the aircraft are operating around the world.

Once integration of the new services is complete, TAG Aviation's passengers and crew will have access to enhanced flight deck and cabin connectivity, communications, information and entertainment through SD's portfolio of software, hardware and support services.
