Dos Rios Partners acquires Pathfinder Aviation

Texas, USA-based private equity company Dos Rios Partners has acquired Alaskan rotary and fixed wing operator Pathfinder Aviation in partnership with Chuck Constant and Pete Henrikson from Phoenix Aviation Group of Dallas, Texas. Constant and Henrikson will lead Pathfinder as CEO and EVP of operations, respectively.

Its impeccable safety record and current certification as an FAA Part 133, 135, 137 air carrier and Part 145 repair station were keys factors that led to our investment in this company.”

EVP operations Henrikson adds: “Pathfinder has created a culture of excellence and it shows in every aspect of the operation. In particular, our experience in extreme Arctic conditions means we have to fly in harsh and unforgiving environments. This takes a very particular skill-set in the air and on the ground.
