Otto Wright joins Sacramento, California-based operator Axis Jet as director of business development to lead the company’s expansion in the San Francisco Bay area.

Company appointments

West Coast Aviation Services

Laura Trenerry becomes vice president, flight operations, and Jerry Hansen returns to the Californian company as director of operations.

Trenerry joined West Coast Aviation Services in 2004 and will manage the aircraft charter, fractional shares and manage-ment side of the company.

Hansen, a 28-year aviation industry veteran, will manage the operations team.

Aero-Dienst

Nuremberg, Germany-based operator Aero-Dienst has appointed Viktor Peters as managing director. He succeeds Oliver Weissenberger who has joined the executive board of parent company, ADAC.

Comlux Group

Bill Koperek is appointed executive vice president of business development at Comlux. Koperek is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and holds FAA commercial pilot and airframe/powerplant licences.

Coleman Jet promotes within flight operations team

Chicago, USA aircraft manage-ment and charter operations company Coleman Jet has promoted Ed Fares, Brian McClintic and Sachin Pithadia to leadership roles within the company's flight operations team. Chief pilot and Gulfstream IV captain, Fares becomes director of operations. He is replaced by McClintic as chief pilot and Pithadia as assistant chief pilot.

Nomad Aviation

Swiss operator Nomad has appointed Andreas Pfisterer as senior VP aircraft management and accountable manager for both its Swiss and Maltese operations. He holds an executive MBA and is captain and examiner on Global Express with over 8,000 hours flying experience on airliners and business jets.

Journey Aviation

Florida-headquartered Journey Aviation has appointed Tony Ciaravino as vice president of marketing and client services. Ciaravino, formerly of Wyvern Ltd and an FAA licensed commercial multi-engine pilot, will be developing the company's growing portfolio of worldwide accounts.
