Brian Almazan believes synergy in private aviation will act as the driving force behind Endeavor’s corporate strategic plan

Endeavor to promote non-competition

Utah, USA-based Endeavor Jet International has recently come to the market bringing with it a new approach to the business of brokerage. According to founder and president Brian Almazan the company will be looking at broker to broker relationships to support a non-competition strategic plan. Almazan and vice president Patrick Dale are both Part 91/135 charter pilots.

Almazan previously worked in flight operations and was vice president of a small aircraft charter brokerage. Dale has worked in aircraft management and resourcing.

Almazan says: “We are looking into broker to broker relationships to ensure prompt response times. The charter industry would have a more satisfied clientele in a less competitive marketplace if we stand united.”

The pair believe this will support client retention. A client may be lost where an AOG delays a flight, so: “To retain this client, we have set up agreements that will allow us, for example, to contact our broker network for trips that may assist in the recovery of the AOG business using their sources and networks. This is a mutual agreement. The more broker offices we have agreements with, the faster our response time will be in procuring replacement aircraft for charter,” explains Almazan.

He also believes these agreements should keep broker commission rates at a standardised level as those within the network will not be cutting commission rates in order to offer lower quotes to new and potential clients.
