Charterscanner assists in global fleet access

Russian booking platform Charterscanner has released a concierge service that helps its customers further tailor their charter experience through pre- to post-flight. The Charterscanner Assist system even helps clients organise helicopter and yacht transfers.

“When confirming a flight within our system a user has two options: to continue directly with the operator or to use Charterscanner Assist,” says CEO and co-founder Vladislav Zenov. “In the first case our managers support clients until the contract is signed, but with the Assist service our team takes care of all the stages of flight organisation and keeps in touch with the client via timely SMS notifications.”

Charterscanner Assist funnels all communications from the client to a single contact, who will help plan difficult routes and connections; give assistance with paperwork; track flights; and check details such as airports, permissions, weather and slots. The Assist price is the same for all users.
