Air Partner extends capabilities and services into aviation safety consulting

Air Partner plc has acquired aviation safety consultant Baines Simmons Ltd. This is the second acquisition by Air Partner this year, following its purchase of Cabot Aviation in May. Baines Simmons will continue to be managed by its current executive team led by md Andrew Parker and founders Keven Baines and Bob Simmons, and will remain headquartered at Fairoaks airport in Surrey, UK.

Baines Simmons will remain the brand and organisation under which operations specifically within the aviation regulation, compliance and safety management performance sectors will be undertaken.
