L'Voyage teams up with Hanhwa
Hong Kong brokerage L'Voyage has formed a sales and marketing partnership with Chinese operator Hanhwa Business Jet Airlines Co Ltd, which will see Hanhwa support the charter operation of a Challenger 300, to be marketed by L'Voyage outside of China. This aircraft is currently operating from its bases in Dalian and Shenzhen.
“We are thrilled to form this marketing venture with Hanhwa,” says Diana Chou, L'Voyage managing director. “In past years China has attracted business activities from all over the world. More and more we are seeing entrepreneurs flying into China, hence small group executive travel has increased. We are now experiencing the early phase of this trend and we can see the demand for super mid-size jets increasing over the coming few years. This collaboration is our most important strategic move in 2015.”
Mr Yang, ceo of Hanhwa, adds: “Our aim is to introduce the Challenger 300 to those clients intent on exploring Asia with safety, comfort and exceptional service in mind.”
Director of business development at L'Voyage Ringo Fan says that co-operation in previous years has generated positive feedback from clients.
He adds: “In 2015, L'Voyage achieved over 200 flight hours with Hanhwa bringing their passengers into Asia. The new agreement will strengthen our joint participation in this industry, allowing us to work closer together, with the aim of giving western travellers the same kind of experience that they are used to at home.”
He continues: “L'Voyage is the first Asian private jet charter consultancy with an international client base and the link to Hanhwa's technical ability leads us to believe that the number of flights in China could be doubled.”
