Megan Brower now leads Stratos Jet Charters’ trip support team

Stratos takes trip support to new heights

It takes a large team to properly organise a private jet charter, attending to the aircraft, the pilot, the ETA and the catering. Stratos Jet Charters in Orlando, Florida relies on its Trip Support department to take care of these details, and has appointed Megan Brower, a jet charter sales executive with Stratos since 2013, as director of the team.

“My past experience as a charter sales executive has allowed me to step into this role. I have extensive knowledge of the industry, of the kind of service private flyers are looking for and of what it takes for each trip to be executed seamlessly,” says Brower. “The new technology we have implemented provides better communication with clients, air carriers and sales agents as well as concierge service providers such as caterers and ground transfer providers, all while saving the data in our system for the convenience of our clients' future trips with Stratos.”

Earlier this year, Brower created and implemented the Stratos Jet Card membership division, which gives clients access to the benefits of private aircraft ownership with only the commitment of 25 flight hours. Stratos president Joel Thomas says: “The success of the Jet Card programme as well as Brower's attention to detail and care with vip aircraft requests led to her promotion.”

Stratos is expanding Trip Support to meet the needs of a steady stream of new clients as well as repeat client demand. Its growth is supported by Stratos software which develops, tracks and monitors all charter flight details in real-time for clients, agents and vendors. “Between the team and the technology,” says Thomas, “Stratos is in good stead to continue providing stellar jet charter service and complete trip management.

“We've developed the technology and systems to allow our agents to focus on providing our clients with the safest, most well-maintained aircraft at the best available price, and our Trip Support department does everything else. That's a huge advantage to our clients because they have an entire team focused on the organisational details of their trip, especially important for demanding, multi-leg itineraries.”
